(12 October 2005)

On the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has announced that all Murabaha installments subjected on its clients for the entire month of October 2005 are postponed. The decision was made in order to strengthen the bond between the bank and its clients, as well as to enhance ADIB’s social role in sharing with their clients the spirit of Eid. "Our main goal is to satisfy our clients," said a bank official. "We pride ourselves in the efficiency of our customer service programs and the ability to deliver top quality services in state-of-the-art facilities. Postponing the fees and instalment payments is expected to be well received by the Bank’s customers, for ADIB is always looking for innovative ways to maintain its client relations. The decision has come along in the same period as the announcement of the winners of the "Explore Our Treasures" campaign that the Bank has been running for the entire month of Ramadan. Winners of the campaign will be announced at a sohour party that will be hosting by the bank at the Beach Rotana Hotel & Towers, Abu Dhabi. ADIB is continually developing its offerings and marketing new products so as to complement its ever increasing market share. The Bank is frequently introducing new facilities that demonstrate the bank’s continuing mission to play an active role in satisfying the society’s needs and demands
